Try the PDSA if you have one near you. I recently donated a lot of things out there, I asked if they have equipment like high chairs, rocking chairs, walkers etc. They said they had no problem - if they could sell in the shop of my town, they could be transferred to another branch. Thus, they can be a good bet.

Or, another way might be to put them on Freecycle - there will probably a group near you. It is part of Yahoo groups, so look there and see if there is a group you could join.
