Brazil Nut Oil

Brazil Nut OilHow tablespoons good olive oil, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts and pumpkin seeds should I eat?

I basically eat a low fat diet containing plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole wheat pasta, bread and rice, low fat dairy and poultry, porridge, Weetabix and wheat. I can not get enough fat so how tablespoons of olive oil and how many grams of each of nuts and seeds above that I eat every day to get the right amount of fat assuming that I am getting very little fat in my diet? Thank you in advance.

For the moment secind ...
It is not necessary to be pedantic about it. Use olive or any nut oil as a dressing or for cooking. I usually eat a few nuts and seeds every day - always include a couple of Brazil nuts for zinc.
Grated or chopped nuts can make a great addition to rice or pasta and salads. You can always dress flat with a dressing made from oil of your choice shaken well in a pot with mustard and vinegar. You can taste by putting a clove of crushed garlic and it keeps for ages.
Experience with small quantities to find one you like.
