Brazil Nut Oil How tablespoons good olive oil, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts and pumpkin seeds should I eat? I basically eat a low fat diet containing plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole wheat pasta, bread and rice, low fat dairy and poultry, porridge, Weetabix and wheat.
