Causes Of Colon Cancer

I am very curious about this cancer that ended with many people living with a member of my family. Please give me answers. Thank you

There are several factors that can cause cancer of the colon that can cause one to be more sensitive. An inheritance is, food is an important factor. It is vitally important that we have the types of food needed in our body. If we put the type of sugar in our gas tanks we put into our bodies, our car would not last one day!
We should eat lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains with a small amount of protein. The intestines get clogged with all the commands that we face with our junk, and then decay. If you put some food in a container and place it on the counter for a few days, you would not feel it. Why? It has rotted. We can throw that food, but the body can not so easily disposed of rotten food brushless called intestinal fiber or fiber from fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
