Clove Bud

I will be fasting all day, then the morning I need something strong to clean my mouth. Clove bud is ideal for oral hygiene, but the box suggests mixing it with alcohol, I do not want to do.

It is too hard to put on the tongue. What should I do to have fresh breath and clean mouth all day? Would it be diluted with water work? How?

I put a drop on the toothpaste and brush with it.

How about hydrogen peroxide or your regular mouthwash.
