Colonic hydrotherapy allowed for persons with abdominal hernia? I read about colon hydrotherapy and its many benefits and I try. However, I recall hearing that people w / abdominal hernia are not candidates for this purpose. My doc said I had a small umbilical hernia near my home I remember correctly, but nothing serious. However, I want to be cautious. Everyone knows the dangers of colonics for people w / abdominal hernia'a? (Doc no avail and I called a few clinics, but without success ..... have appointment) Just need an answer like, today! Thank you all! :)
If you need an answer like today, I propose to postpone the appointment until you have more information about your health and colonics. My opinion is that nonprofessinal hernia and abdominal colic is not a good combination. However, ask an impartial professional. That's what they get plenty of money for.
About 8 years ago, I went through a phase of using enemas and later "graduated" to colonics for chronic fatigue that I was suffering from. I found the colonics I feel very good for one day, maybe two. Then my health problems would return. Colonics was only a temporary solution.
I heard a woman with a spastic colitis, which had to be hospitalized after a colonic. The link below is probably strongly biased against colonics, but you might want to take a look. http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=na ...
A colonic is a procedure very healthy for anyone, it's bad for so many people are so skeptical. I take a colon once a month and an enema and off between the two.
There are currently no known benefits of a colon. You should not have even if you're healthy and if you have abdominal problems, then you should not.
Forget cleaning the colon, they have zero health benefits, but many risks.
