Edible oils? essential oils that are willing to eat .. obviously not in large quantities .. but for example I heard a recipe where you can put a few drops of lavender on a cube of ice and sucking to relieve anxiety .. or some are used in mouthwash .. this kind of thing .. CNA you use some in the tea .. or something else?
First make sure the oil is very, very diluted. A drop on a sugar cube is WAY too strong. I put a drop of mint in a 2-liter pitcher of iced tea.
They are edible: cinnamon, orange, lemon, lime, mint, black pepper (not spicy, just aromatic), garlic, use of nutmeg (with caution), thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram , cloves, lemon, grapefruit, ginger, fennel, coriander, German chamomile, cardamom, bergamot.
I do not want to suck a sugar lump lavender yuck! Have you ever tasted? Taste after-shave for me. Just put a few drops on a handkerchief and slip into your shirt pocket. Or dilute with carrier oil and rub on the back of your neck.
Bergamot oil is used to flavor Earl Grey tea. Thyme oil is used in mouthwash to kill germs Lysterine. Note that the citrus oils will add flavor, but not the sour taste that we associate with these fruits. If you want to make a tea sour, use a pinch of hibiscus in your mix.
Not all essential oils are edible. AEt it depends on the quality and variety in question the circumstances ...
And in the case of lavender and Ice Cube, if you put too lavender you might feel sick.

But you do not want to be sure you have a high quality oil. I use a brand called Garden Essence is guaranteed pure and organic. I love it, it's also not too expensive. Good luck!
