I read about making a little help from butane, but I want to stick to the safe c02 solvent. greater the volume of butane is too small. I want to 10L. I intend to adapt a large casserole. I learned that the critical pressure for CO2 is 1100 psi, which is higher than what is in the box. if i heat the stove when the pressurization i send it to the pressure? critical temperature for CO2 is 88F and I have to stay above that anyway. if I know what I mean to this day, I could heat the pressure cooker while pumping CO2 into until I get the right pressure and temperature at which I could open a valvular bottom of the cooker to a rate remains above .. criticism that it will work? Is there a better way? what I'm doing something dangerous or illegal without a permit? all responses appreciated.
