I need to know exactly what I eat and when to make a fruit cleansing diet. Someone suggested that I should try it, but I just need information about it. Thank you!

You will often lose water weight, mind you. Not much fat, if any, and more muscle mass than fat at this rate, too. And more than anything you'll probably end up binging at the end of two days. Eh. It's just a precaution, however. To answer your question ..

They all have about 100 calories per fruit. For others who are higher in calories, try lawyers (about 350 a large one), dried fruit (400 per cup, all types) and mango (Mango 200). do not walk much, but Watermelon, but its [ultra low calorie 50 calories per cup for all kinds] and ridiculously delicious.
