iv read an article on high pressure and low pressure beds and hydration stations .. iv been reading here and http://www.havatan.com/tanning_services.htm everything I can think is "Huh?" please help

Go all-natural. Fake tanning is obvious.

tanning bed gives you a real-Tan, but they are dangerous and they last as long as you set out in the sun. spray tan lasts a week or 2 and it wont hurt your skin

If you really want a tan, then just get self-tanner and tan and use it sparingly, which is much more natural that
