Hello,

could someone please tell me more about what is colon detoxification and why or how it will improve / benefit my health? Could someone also please give me some how I can do / have done to the house myself? I use to pick up a bottle of Walgreen citracid and drink the whole bottle in the morning on an empty stomach. It works very well, but I'm not sure if thats good enough.
