Jeris Hair Tonic

I'm 25 and I want to grow a beard. The problem is that I can only grow a goatee and uneven legs. Can not put up the hair on my cheeks and neck. Are there any products out there that stimulate or accelerate the growth of facial hair? I know a Jeris hair tonic, but it is only for the head. Steroids are not really an option. I do not want the evil beard.
