Massage Carrier Oil

Massage Carrier OilCan I make my own massage oil to carrier oil and other ingredients?

I want to make my own massage oil and common muscle pain. I would include cayenne pepper and turmeric in it. I guess I would just like to mix my ingredients you want in a carrier oil - sesame, peanut, olive, etc. - and store the mixture in a bottle for later use. Are there problems with that? Would powder mix well with oil, or should I use real parts of grasses and allow the oil to absorb their essence? Would there be problems with the storage of the mixture?

Yes, you can make your own! See the link below

You can also try this body butter rub nuts for muscle and joint pain relief.

It's probably a good idea to invest in a book and learn to make your own massage oils. It's more complicated than you think.
Chilli is used in a number of commercial ointments arthritis, but it is far from as effective as arnica, which is available in any health food store.
