I have severe acne back ...
How long until my back is clear?

also how long does it take until my face is clear to use the complete system Neutrogena?

I would say two weeks at most:), you'll probably notice a slight difference after a few days. I bought the Body Clear Body Wash two months ago, and it took about one week for me to really begin to see results, and now my back is actually clear (I have mild acne small bumps) . It was not surprising, but it worked well and it tamed. Good luck.
