New to tanning beds: What is the safest number of times I can go one week? I just recently started to go tanning, but I would like to have a little tan fast, but I would do it as safely as possible.
I know that tanning beds are safe for starters .. but how many times a week can I go?
uh .... Tanning beds are not really safe to start with .... I just thought you know .... They are linked to an increased risk of cancer. One way to tan while being completely safe is to spray or mist tanning. I've done it many times and as long as you follow the instructions you should end up with some beautiful light. :) Most places offer tanning spray tanning and tanning beds now ....
