I want to go to pull to one side by side on a wire through grommets I can install myself. It's very windy here and up and down grades will not work.

my wife got the stuff from Lowes and it works great, I put up bars and shower curtain rings to slide side to side and put heavy weight on lead fishing the bottom to prevent them from blowing too much ... they can be tied back or down in bad weather!
