1. Could be soap in the cause or cure for acne?
Since I was a yout '(My Cousin Vinny reference!), I had some bad acne. If I remember it started when I was 11 years or more. I remember being told by various people that I needed to do this or that, or go to the drug or not drink soft drinks ... All I seem to be people were running around, because really they n have not been the answer either! They seemed genuine, but there was no consistency and absolutely nothing worked anyway.
2. No cause visit:
So, while I remember going to the doctor and perhaps a dermatologist, and they do not seem to know what it was caused by either. The drugs were distributed, and I will never forget that I took this medicine one summer and was told not to take the sun. That sucked! I do not remember to take it for a reason more than 2 weeks that I wanted to be outside.
3. A brief history of soap
Over the years, I began a quest to learn more about acne, nutrition and exercise, and also found a bunch of nonsense in this way ... but that's another article ... I discovered something about how soap has changed in the last century but I have another piece of the puzzle when I heard, anecdotally, that people back on the farm can never remember any person with acne. My grandfather is 100 next month (June '07) and he told me about it a few months ago.
4. Cause and cure?:
Soap change was made deliberately and for the defense of the good old U.S. of A. But this has apparently changed its chemistry forever. My proposal is that this change for the good of the country has actually caused damage to its own citizens. Was this the right thing to do at the time? Absolutely. But now we need to recognize this change and correct a bar of soap at a time!
5. Myths abound:
Myths about the causes of acne abound. From chocolate to hormones, but what is the truth. Let each and expose the truth.
6. Chocolat
Chocolate. Poor little chocolate. The chocolate is healthy. Has he not heard of all flavonols? There are a ton of them in chocolate. There is nothing wrong with chocolate ... HOWEVER, the fake synthetic fats are all contained in most chocolate candy is bad for you. They are partially hydrogenated oils or margarine. These we recommend you avoid it altogether for health reasons related, but they do not cause acne. I completely removed those years ago but did not diet affect my acne.
7. Dairy:
a The idea that dairy causes acne is Flat Out dangerous. Calcium and related nutrients in it are vital to everyone! Now, we recommend against eating low fat or products containing calcium without fat, as fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) can not be used and calcium can be deposited on your bones. And until the day you die, your body needs calcium to keep bones strong and resistant to breakage. Whole milk is not the problem! However, you must be sure to eat a wide variety of dairy products. However, there is nothing in dairy products can cause acne.
8. Soda:
a We have many problems with the soda, but acne is not one of them. Firstly, we recommend that you do not have a soda without dinner just to keep your blood sugar steady her. For many years I have been heavily affected by rising and falling blood sugar levels, but simply having a soda with a casual meal simply cured that. The phosphorus content in a can of soda is a fragile metal (as the periodic table of elements), and competes for calcium in your body. If you do.
