Sore On My Lip

Hey, I was wondering if this happens to all those who have tonsillitis, i had chest pain for the first time and it is like 4-5 days now and then my mouth it starts to hurt? and I am getting Pust white looking thing on my tung and on my lips down it hurt so much and the skin peels off like Pust so, pls tell me if this is normal?
