Thailand is a perfect destination for those wishing to rent their own house or villa, for a number of reasons:
- The Thais are widely recognized as a welcoming, smiling people
- The kitchen is the realm of world-class, while most visitors will know the famous dishes like Tom Yam Kung, variety of cuisine and regional specialties are great, and even a serious glutton would have trouble trying to find the full range of Thai food dishes in one visit.
- Thailand is a shopper's paradise, offering unique silk, handmade furniture and a plethora of products at a fraction of the cost of these goods in the West. Clothing, leather goods and decorative items are often top of the shopping list of visitors.
- Thailand offers exceptional value for money: even five-star hotels cost a fraction of what they do not only West but also in other Asian capitals like Hong Kong or Singapore.
- Thailand welcomes millions of visitors each year to its shores, and personal safety is generally excellent. All reported crimes are generally minor, involving scams jewelry and similar items, but the most experienced traveler is unlikely to fall for them. Most visitors feel much safer in Thailand than ever would be the equivalent in capitals such as London, Paris, New York etc.
Which region should I visit Thailand?
The visitor to Thailand is now spoiled for choice, with villas available throughout the kingdom.
For shorter stays, we recommend a stay single destination, so you can avoid the hassle of travel and fully explore the location. For longer stays, so why not combine a stay at two very different places, allowing you greater exposure in the country and its diversity, while taking advantage of its cheap domestic travel network? Bangkok and Central Plains
Bangkok is a sprawling metropolis which, despite its famous paralyzed traffic and crowded streets, offers a wide variety of things to do and discover, to those who have patience and a willingness to explore. The restaurants in Bangkok are second to none, whether it Thai or foreign cuisines, and weekends and other markets should be explored, as do many of his lesser known temples. A river cruise Chaophraya - perhaps by private charter boat long tail - is an excellent way to see most of the city without being reduced.
