Tao Bar

Are there any bars or clubs that are not in the big hotels (such as places like bar phantom, Tao, rum jungle .. ect.) That we should go to the night for our first trip to Las Vegas ?

The Carnival Court at Harrah's Hotel ... This is an outdoor bar and it was the best I went to Las Vegas. People are more friendly than most places in Las Vegas, and there is something at noon or 1 in the afternoon until early morning.

I'm headed to Las Vegas next weekend and has done research on trip advisor.com (excellent site for that matter). One of the high places to visit based on travelers in a place called O'Shea on the tape in front of Caesar's. He is described as a neighborhood Irish bar / casino with cheap drinks, table games, cheap table tennis beer, live music and great music. They even have a leprechaun running on the bar pouring drinks into the mouths of people. Most comments said they found the place by accident while walking in another casino and wished they came across earlier in their journey. I am eager to check the beginning of our journey, rather than the end ...
