Ultra Sun Tanning

I need to make some visits to a tanning bed before the ball. I know that tanning is bad for you but I just want to go 4 or 5 times. I've never been before and I live in Louisville KY. Does anyone know what would be the best tanning bed go? I feel stupid but I do not know much about tanning, so the more tips the better! Thank you!
